1. Laptop system language.
The original language system of the laptop is Windows 10/11 Home Edition Chinese. Before delivery, we will change to the English win10/11 system (Russian order is changed to the Russian win10/11 system by default, without office), please contact customer service for confirmation of special language requirements.
2.Office.
Please note: Only the Chinese version system comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office home and student versions,and other language versions system don’t install Office.
3. Keyboard.
All laptops are English keyboards, we provide keyboard stickers in different languages for free, please leave a message to inform the sticker language.
4. Adapter.
Please select the adapter version and leave a message to notify customer service.
5. Choose right Model.
Laptops have a variety of parameter configurations. Please read the relevant configuration parameters carefully before placing an order. The official factory standard configuration is generally 16+512, in order to meet the needs of more customers, we provide a variety of customized version of the configuration of the disassembled replacement parts (such as 16+1T,16+2T,32+1T,32+2T, etc.). We don’t accept any kind of return or refund for configuration error due to personal reasons.
6. Logistics.
For Russian orders, we ship by road (customers do not need to pay taxes), the arrival time in Russia is 25-45 days; after arriving in Moscow, Russia, you can check the specific logistics information. For other countries such as EU and North America, we will choose DHL UPS FED and other logistic methods for shipping.
7. After sales.
Before delivery, we will activate the Chinese system out of the box and check the basic conditions of the computer (excluding professional screen inspection). Laptops are high value products, we do not support returns due to the long distance; if there is a quality problem, please contact us and we will respond quickly.
8.Tax.
After the goods arrive at the country where the receiving address is located, the courier company will contact you to pay the required customs duties, after payment, the parcel can continue to the domestic address delivery, due to the different tax policies of each country, the tax required to be paid is not the same.If the goods are destroyed or returned due to the refusal of payment of customs duty or the refusal of acceptance of the parcel, you need to bear the loss by yourself.
